Through the contact form, MapsLinea collects: name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), type of request and message content.

Appointments booked through Calendly are handled directly by Calendly; the information entered is subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy.

Purpose

This data is used only to respond to your request, discuss your project and, where appropriate, arrange an appointment.

Retention period

Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted if no further action is taken.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data.
