Privacy policy

Data collected

Through the contact form, MapsLinea collects: name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), type of request, and the content of the message sent.

Booking an appointment through Calendly (the "Choose a time slot" button) is handled directly by Calendly; the data entered at that stage (name, email, chosen date) is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.

Purpose

This data is used only to respond to your request, discuss your project, and, where applicable, arrange an appointment. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Data submitted through the form is kept for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted if no further action is taken on the request.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. To exercise this right, contact MapsLinea via the contact form or call +33 6 61 49 55 01.

Cookies

This site does not currently use any tracking cookies or audience measurement tools (such as Google Analytics). Should such a tool be added in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.
